Abstract: Capable-man morals refer to the various ethical factors combined to create capable men. It is not only part of the theory of human resources management, but also the study object of the so-called capable-man ethics, which includes five aspects, that is, the relationship between moral integrity and ability, the moral quality of capable men, the moral criteria for judging capable men, the moral surroundings for capable men, and the moral role of capable men. The relationship between moral integrity and ability is the basic relationship that capable-man ethics has to deal with. In capable- man ethics the idea of “ having both ability and moral integrity” is the most important category. Capable-man ethics is intended to improve the moral quality of capable men. The study of capable-man ethics is of great theoretical and practical significance.
