Abstract: Economic ethics plays a very important role in the development of social ethics and its growth may serves as a great spiritual force in pushing forward the development of social economy, politics and culture. Confucian economic ethics is a mechanic part in traditional social ethics and it used to have a part in stirring the development of traditional Chinese ethics and that of traditional Chinese economy, politics and culture. However, Confucian economic ethics is of both modern value and limits. In order to do research into Confucian economic ethics and bring into prominence its modern value, this thesis is tended for a thorough look into the modern transformation of Confucian economic ethics, etc.
