摘要/Abstract

摘要： 科学技术在军事领域的广泛应用, 使战争样式发生根本变化的同时, 也引发了诸多伦理冲突,深入分析这些冲突,是我们正确面对伦理挑战的前提。本文首先揭示了武器装备伦理的特征,即约束对象的特定性、约束规范的累积递进性和约束效力的软弱性,进而剖析了武器装备伦理的限制、调节与认知功能。

关键词: 武器装备, 伦理, 特征, 功能

Abstract: The usage of high-tech weapons and equipments in the military field fundamentally changed the modern and future warfare form. Meanwhile, it also triggered many ethical conflicts. Analysis of these conflicts is the basis for us to face the ethical challenge. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of weapons and equipments ethics, i.e. the identity of the restricting object, the increasing situation of the restricting standard and the fragility of the restricting force. Further more, it researches the function of restriction, adjustment and cognition of weapons and equipment ethics.
