Abstract: This article set the world of ontology about Li er-qu as three leves,firstly,the ontology as original of everything,secondly, the ontology as the essence of life,lastly, the ontology as noumeno of benevolence and righteousness. The ontology of Li Er-qu is essentially a morality ontology.
