Abstract: On the basis of inheriting Chinese traditional ethical thoughts, Zeng Guo-fan had deep explained the theory of traditional family enlightenment by education, he took family as the basis of ethical enlightenment by education, and put forward that we should turn managing family and educating sons into a unity, cultivate both virtue and interests, be self-supporting and self-improving, and make that to conduct oneself in society and to cultivate oneself be a unity.

摘要： 曾国藩在继承中国传统家庭伦理思想的基础上,对传统的家庭教化理论进行了深入阐释,他把家庭作为伦理教化的基础,提出要将治家与教子合二为一,知德与意趣要兼相修养,努力做到自立自强与刚柔并济,并且将立身与养身相统一。
