Abstract: In the middle of Ming Dynasty, new factors reflecting the moral requirements of civil society at that time appeared in the development of Chinese traditional ethics, these factors sparked off a so-called theory of rebellion fromthe traditional ethics or morality, thus resulted in the crisis of traditionalethics. This inclination of development began from Wang Shouren who had been restoring the Neo-Confucianism, and got to the extreme to its decendant Taizhou-School. It resulted in out of rules of traditional ethics, ethical thoughts' pressing close to life and identifying the moral requirements of merchants and citizens.

摘要： 中国传统伦理道德发展到明中叶出现了反映当时市民社会道德要求的新的因素,这些因素从传统伦理道德中引发出所谓叛逆的学说,从而导致了传统伦理道德的危机。这一发展倾向,是从中兴理学的王守仁开始,至其后学泰州学派而发展到极端。它导致了传统道德的失范、伦理思想对生活的贴近和对工商市民道德要求的认同。
