Abstract: The virtue conflict of army man is a conflict between two or more than two virtues, and it is a problem which army man will meet inevitably in their moral life. Get out of the trouble and make right decision, army man should follow three principles: the priority of profession value, winning battles in all-side is the tallest target, group is higher than individuals. The three principles works as a whole.

摘要： 军人德性冲突特指军人两种或多种美德之间的冲突,它是军人道德生活中无法回避的难题。走出军人德性冲突的困境必须遵循三条原则:职业价值优先、全面打赢高于一切和集体高于个人,这三者共成一个有机整体共同发挥作用。
