Abstract: the "twenty-four stories about Filial piety " collected twenty-four folk stories about dutiful son's piety from the remote antiquity to the Song Dynasty.As a initiation book about disseminating the Confucianist filial piety culture, it epitomized the most basic moral request of Chinese Nation respecting for elders and liking the elders. The traditional virtue it transmited was still worth inheriting and developing until now.
