摘要： 作为中国的“全部根柢”和传统宗教，道教蕴含着丰富的崇俭抑奢思想，形成了独特的“节俭观”及其实践方式。道教“节俭观”对于我们当前乃至今后相当长一个时期的各项工作与日常生活均有深刻启示和借鉴意义。

Abstract: As China's "all the roots" and the traditional religion, Taoism contains rich thought of inhibition of luxury and advocating of austerity, forming a unique "thrifty view"and its practice.Taoist "thrifty view" has profound enlightenment and reference significance for quite a long period of all the work and daily life at present and in the future.
