Abstract: Right is the standard criterion of justice. Right is an acquiring social qualification in essence. Justice is just such a principle—rightis considered as its central, while obligation and right are equal, symmetric and corresponding. As the institutional ethics, justice considers right as its central firstly, secondly is universal and equal, once again is open, clear and having fixed procedures.
