Abstract: The construction of Contemporary China business ethics is one of the most important parts in the history of the People's Republic of China. After three phases-revolutionization, exploration and cultivation, not only has Contemporary China business ethics separated from the political ethics and adapted increasinghy to the socialistic market economy, but also its constructional method has shown the tendency towards diversity and individuality. The Progress of Contemporary China enterprise ethics is not only because of the improvement of Chinese economic system and entry to World Trade Organization, but also the influence of the rational choice of economic man and the information of buyer market and so on in the developing process of market economy. The business ethics and morals gradually become the indispensable factor which strengthens the core competitive power of the enterprise.
