Abstract: Popular morals means a way of action that satisfies basic psycholagical needs, value needs and proper calls of individuals, at the same time it does not intentially damage others and society, and have not objecti vely consequences of damage for others and society, in some way, this way of action is often beneficial to others and collectives. The popular morals are the need of times and are bases of moral example. It values extremely an effective unity of moral obligations and moral rights, and merges into individuals' works and lifes.
