Abstract: the poor material conditions and unequal relations on material benefit inevitably result in the disadvantaged groups in living crisis, which lead up to conflict between the living and the moral, and bring about the crisis of the moral subject which includes the moral capacity poor and the subject to be marginalized. To construct under thread equal basing on the living equal is the basic way to build the moral under thread of the disadvantaged groups.
