Abstract: The determination and study of human genetic series is of great scientific and economic value. However, it has also caused a lot of social problems. The human genetic group project and the genetic revolution has brought about a fatal blow to ethics. For instance, the merchandization of human genes is a serious challenge to the principle of justice; the Youshengyouyu Movement is likely tooffend against the principle of autonomy and that of equality. While the humangroup project is carried out, some necessary principles concerning human nature,human value and human dignity, such as the moral principle of respecting humanbeings,ect. should be abided by.
