Abstract: There are some sameness between Rousseau's contract justice and Rolls' contract justice in the form. But there epoch-background exit difference, so there value's kernel, argumentation's way and realizing's approach of value have great difference. The change which is from Rousseau's contract-justice to Rolls' contract-justice represents the change from substantive justice to procedural justice. It is advantaged to hold the tendency and its spirit essential, which can profit for being affluent in the theory that our country develops the harmonious society.
