Abstract: Liang Shuming's attitude towards life's difference, the individuality extension or not, the sociality was first developed or not and so on aspects to compare China and the West two big cultural pattern similarities and differences comprehensively, then separately summarized China and the West life pattern in the material life, social life as well as the spiritual life stratification plane respective characteristic, finally deferred to the life rationality survival pattern understanding, has promulgated the serious challenge which separately China and the West two big life patterns faced.
