Abstract: Human gene technology destroyed the traditional moral philosophy,not because that this practice technology changed natural laws of human production activities, but because that it broke out of the "Naturalness" prescriptive of human being and families from traditional moral philosophy in the level of the spirit and consciousness. As a practice activity, human gene technology would occur only in the modern situation that the traditional moral philosophy and ethics spirit had been damaged, but in the other hand, it constituted the self-denial link of dialectical movement of spirit. Practice of human gene technology is a real threat, it will restore all the moral theories to their own temporality, but therefore it gives us a significant opportunity, and then promotes our profound reflection to the problems in the moral philosophical tradition through such the most typical, profound and direct case.
