摘要/Abstract

摘要： 次贷危机中道德缺失的基本特点是:道德责任感差,资本主义制度缺陷,过度自利;次贷危机的伦理救援措施,即坚持金融道德教育,重建以信任为核心的金融伦理,积极践行社会责任,建立道德董事会,实施道德性激励机制和管控机制,不断完善金融道德的运行机制。

关键词: 次贷危机, 道德缺失, 伦理救援

Abstract: The paper thought that the moral hazard's basic features in US Subprime Mortgage Crisis were: lack of moral responsibility, capitalist system defects. Besides, the paper put forward the ethic rescuing ways of Subprime Mortgage Crisis, that is, to persist financial moral education, to rebuild financial ethic with faith at its core, to implement the social responsibility actively, to set up moral board of directors, to actualize the moral incentive and control mechanism, to perfect the operational mechanism of financial moral continuously.
