摘要/Abstract

摘要： 分配公平是一个历史范畴,是随着历史的发展而变化的。分配公平之所以成为现代社会不可或缺的制度性特质,一方面是为了维系人之为人的基本权利和尊严;另一方面是基于维系社会合作体系的需要。在现代社会里,实现分配公平不仅是必要的,也是可能的:人类财富的日益增多使分配公平的实现具有现实的可能性;现代制度文明也为分配公平的实现提供了制度保障。分配公平已经成为中国特色社会主义制度基本的价值理念和价值准则。

Abstract: Distributive justice is a historical category, changing along with the historical development. Why distributive justice becomes one of the indispensable institutional characteristics of modern society? On the one hand, as a man people need to maintain the basic rights and dignity; On the other hand, distributive justice is based on the need for maintaining social cooperation system. In modern society, it is not only necessary but also possible to achieve distributive justice. The growing wealth of mankind enable the realization of distributive justice has a real possibility. The modern system civilization also provides an institutional guarantee for the realization of distributive justice. Distributive justice has become the basic value concept and criterion of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics
