Abstract: The separation between economics and ethics has led to a major flaw of contemporary economics economic research on resources and environment is no exception.The distinction between modern economic research on resources and environment and environment (ecological) ethics is both in research methods and means of different,but also in the starting point and the difference between ways of thinking.Fundamentally speaking,the ethical dimension of the problem is twofold: First,the position of the fundamental concepts related to ethical issues,namely,the ultimate goal of development and evaluation of environmental values; second is the corresponding code of ethics or principles of the basic method problem for the economic analysis focused on the performance of the "utility" and increase the sum of the discount.
