Abstract: In Qin and Han dynasties, the Hun in moral life carried out the utilitarianist principle based on the guide of existence,and formed a prevailing moral practice of utilitarianism.In the aspects of changing moral life,Maodun who was the chief of Hun made an outstanding contribution to creating moral norms and moral principles.As to handling the relations among nations and classes,the Hun administrator usually kept off the principle of justice.There hardly were moral norms and moral education to regulate inheriting and distributing political power,so the Hun fall into internal conflict for a long period.In their long time of contacting with Han nationality,the moral life of Hun affected a lot by Hans' moral.
