Abstract: HuangXing's political ethic is an important part of his ethical thoughts,and it covered four aspects: First,he emphasized that morality played an important role in the construction of political power and political party while proposing that politics should be moralized. Second,being sincerely patriotic was the body of Huang Xing's thought of political ethics. Third,his political ethics appeared to be united, friendly and devoted. Fourth,"To work for most people's happiness"was the ideal of practising Huang Xing's thoughts of political ethic. And it also had three main characteristics, One was the advantage of his mixing Chinese and Western culture. Another was its unity of rebuilding social psychology and building country. The third was its distinct political nature and practicality.
