Abstract: "Attribute of fact of behavior"is the core concept in Wang Haiming's formula of illation of ethic,and is the base of his ethnics.The purpose he created the concept is to express such a thought: people should take the impersonality effect of human behavior as basement but not human desire when they make ethic criterion.The thought has very important theoretic meaning.The concept but not gave expression to the thought and infracted a good much principle of word-building and logics, brought about serious confusion of thought. The theoretic causation that Wang Haiming created the error concept is that his thinking of procedure how to constitute an ethic is simply and confusedly,so this paper puts forward a substitute formula.
