Abstract: This article,on the bases of the inquisition to the Chao-Shan district,studies the influence of the traditional family ethics on the family enterprises .It expatiates the ethical problems within the family enterprises in Chao-Shan district .the problems include that they depend on families while stranded by families,they maintain moralities in mind while breach the moralities in practice,they emphasize the good business ethics but lack the inside oneself examination of moralities,they also can't well understand the enterprises moralities etc.The article puts forward the ways of how to educate the family enterprise ethics in Chao-Shan district ,and it points out the aspects that how to realize the transformation of the family business ethics in Chao-Shan district.
