Abstract: Personaity,as a systematic structure of spiritual essence inward and behaivior regulation outward that the human creates in practice,is taking self-consciousness as the core,is a kind of self essential strength abstracted by the people,it forms from interaction between humans and surroundings. Personaity affects and restricts the people's interactive behaviors.The rationalization interactive behaviors have the promotive effect on cultivating personality.The better personality cultivation and reasonable interactive behavior are the realistic demand and important symbol to fulfil personal relation in harmony,and form the better value conception and interactive behavior mode.They can corordinate the interpersonal relationship and regulate the social order. They are useful to build harmonious personal relation.
