Abstract: The pursuit of achieving completion of the human existence and “good life” being came true determines ethical existence of “I”, and explains engineering ethics “Good-Ought to be” logical structure by moral philosophy. As “good” of practical reason, on one hand, “good” as tool confirms the premises and reasons which engineering ethics’ codes take shape. On the other hand, “good” at personality interpret the essential features of practical reason coming from moral of engineering-agent. As the codes’ system of engineering ethics, “Ought to be” would pay close attention to legitimacy in engineering actions and display “inner good” of engineering-agent. Meanwhile, through trying to internalize individual virtue of engineering-agent, “Ought to be” not only would formalize responsibilities or obligations of “I” but also would urge individual engineering-agent form virtue gradually in engineering practices. engineering ethics “Good-Ought to be” logical structure of realistically developing, 1)should be the practical process that human makes efforts to resolve the dilemma which “I” “really exist in→ought to exist in→necessarily exist in” the whole existence of engineering, human, nature and society,2)should be the purposive process that “I” consciously promote engineering, human, nature and society to live harmoniously, exist prosperously and make progress quickly,3)will provide the highest laws for human for human engineering practicing.
